Why girls, why?!?!
Ugh, why do the girls always have to smoke in the bathroom?? I understand the cultural implications of women smoking outside like the men, blah blah, but why can’t they find some other secret place to smoke? Seriously, I hate innocently walking into the bathroom only to be surprised by a gaggle of girls puffing on cigarettes and a bathroom full of smoke. Even if I leave to go to another bathroom, I’ve already bathed in smoke and end up smelling for the rest of the day. If I am at a restaurant or a club or whatever, its fine and I can handle it, but walking around work smelling like a smoke stack is not cool in my book. Grrr…

Yikes! Lots of shopping has been happening the last few days and the money has gone flying out of my bank account since I got paid last week. It is a little scary but I’ve finally got some new sweaters and shoes, a proper winter coat, and surprisingly about 95% of my Christmas shopping done. Woohoo!
Now to get it all shipped out to my family which will probably cost a lot more than the actual gifts enclosed, but last year I was kind of a miser and didn’t really send anything to anybody for the holidays. I feel like this year will definitely make up for it.
Boiling hot bus rides get so much better when you have a cute little puppy staring at you during the ride hahaha…Puppies always make things better :-D
Mexican food coma…
Tonight I had the best home-made Mexican feast that I have had in a very long time. Taco shells, fajitas and tortillas, REAL cheddar cheese, refried beans, beef, home-made salsa that would make my mother proud, and so much more! Great friends, great conversation, great food…an excellent way to start the new week :-D

Sitting next to an older Korean man on the KTX who is watching Little Women on his computer, which just happens to be a movie that I probably watched a million and one times when I was younger. Interesting choice of English movie, but I’m totally ok with it :-D

Don’t think I’m doin’ it right…
Instead of going to the gym like I promised myself I would today, I’m currently splayed out on my toasty warm floor, shoving deliciously tasty fried chicken in my mouth, watching Biggest Loser, and feeling great amounts of envy over the contestant’s unrealistic progress. Clearly I’m not doing something right…if only I could figure out what the problem was…heh heh heh…
I just…want to hold someone’s hand and be in one of these places.
Soooo beautiful (and romantic)!! I hate cold weather, but I absolutely love snowy scenes like these. I hope it snows again down here in the south like it did last winter!
